ATS Group and Galileo are pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Wojnarek as Chief Technology Officer.
Andy’s appointment reflects the evolution of a technical leadership role he has developed over more than 16 years with the company, grounded in hands-on expertise, cross-functional influence, and a sustained focus on solving complex infrastructure and observability challenges for clients.
Andy joined ATS Group as a Junior Systems Engineer and progressed through roles including Systems Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, Director of Capacity and Performance Management, and Principal Solutions Architect. Throughout that journey, he has remained closely connected to client environments, balancing delivery, architecture, and innovation without stepping away from the technical work itself.
In his role as CTO, Andy’s focus centers on monitoring, analytics, and platform strategy. He plays a key role in shaping how ATS and its infrastructure observability platform, Galileo, design and deliver observability solutions, translating customer requirements into scalable, functional systems across platforms such as Galileo, Splunk, and custom-built integrations.
In this role, Andy is responsible for advancing technical strategy and execution across several key areas, including:
- Architecting and delivering Splunk-based solutions aligned to customer business objectives and operational needs
- Designing and evolving Galileo monitoring solutions to support demand and provide full data center-level observability
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineers supporting core customer environments and initiatives
- Overseeing reporting strategy to ensure metrics, dashboards, and insights meaningfully support business outcomes
- Serving as a technical liaison and escalation point between executive leadership and engineering teams to drive clarity, alignment, and execution
This appointment also reinforces a long-standing principle at ATS & Galileo: deep technical expertise and leadership are complementary. As Founder and Principal, Tim Conley has often emphasized that the company values leaders who remain closely connected to the work itself. Andy’s career progression reflects that philosophy in practice.
As Chief Technology Officer, Andy will continue working closely with ATS & Galileo leadership, engineering teams, and clients to guide technology direction, support long-term platform evolution, and ensure solutions remain grounded in real operational needs. His focus remains on delivering clarity, scale, and reliability across increasingly complex infrastructure environments.
